What “Normal Use” Means

Normal use refers to everyday wear and function of your Klik Belt as designed— from daily carry to professional duty.

  • Included: Wearing the belt to secure clothing/gear in a standard manner; fastening/releasing the buckle as designed; adjusting/tightening within the intended range.
  • Not included: Using as a tie-down, tow strap, or load-bearing sling; exposure to chemicals, flames, or extreme heat; intentional misuse, modification, or cutting of webbing; damage from tools, doors, or heavy gear abrasion.

Rule of thumb: If it’s used as a belt, it’s covered. If it’s used as a tool, it’s not.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Buckle or hardware failure under normal use

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fraying, faded nylon/webbing)
  • Cosmetic damage (scuffs, discoloration)
  • Damage from misuse, alteration, or extreme environmental exposure
  • Products that have been cut or otherwise modified

Proof of purchase is required. Klik Belts may repair, replace, refund, or issue store credit based on the nature of the claim.

Eligibility

  • Unworn, unused, and unmodified (meaning not cut, trimmed, stitched, shortened, or altered in any way)
  • Original condition and packaging (buckle unscratched; all parts included)

Not eligible: Items that are cut, altered, or otherwise modified. Purchases made via Amazon or retail partners must follow their respective return policies.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

60-Day Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong size, color, or model? Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery for items that are unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer; Klik Belts covers outbound shipping for the replacement.
  • Exchanges typically ship within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Upgrades: We’ll email an invoice for the price difference; ships 1–3 business days after payment.
  • Downsizes: We’ll refund the difference to your original payment method after processing.

Amazon or retail purchases must be exchanged through those platforms.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a fast, free replacement.

Cut or modified belts are not eligible for damage replacement. Please include photos and your order number to speed up processing.
