From the mere idea of facing Monday morning to dealing with a broken coffee machine at work, sometimes your day just doesn’t go very well. While the little things in our daily lives can cheer us up and turn a bad day into a good one, even smaller annoyances can put us in a sour mood. As much as we’d prefer to push these annoyances to the back of our minds, we can’t help but notice — and be incredibly bothered by — those minor yet oh-so-frustrating little things. Perhaps the term “mildly infuriating” would be appropriate?
The Ultimate No Hole Belt That You’ll Love
Now, this may seem like we’re a bunch of grumps here at Klik Belts, but our point is that we’re no different than anyone else. We make the best adjustable men’s belts and women’s belts on the market, sure, but we also get irked by the same vexations as the next person. It was the boiling frustration of wearing uncomfortable, difficult to adjust belts that drove us to team up with COBRA® Buckles to create a comfort belt that looks as good as it functions.
We’re so bent on belts that we’d rather deal with many different annoyances than have to wear a sub-par belt. Here are a few.
A Bad Hair Day
Maybe you’re overdue for a haircut, or perhaps you got it cut a little too short. Whatever the case is, your funky hairdo is apparent because it just won’t style itself right. No amount of texturizing pomade is going to remedy the situation, so you may as well throw on a baseball hat and go about your day. Still, wearing a hat is a million times better than dealing with a crappy belt.
When Something Gets Stuck In The Vending Machine
Everyone deserves a little snack and a subsequent pick me up at work. Even if you’re not at work, it never hurts to get a little sugar spike in your day to keep you going. Of course, when the vending machine decides that you’re not getting what you selected, you’re going to be pretty upset about it — justifiably so.
What’s even more mildly frustrating is thinking that banging on the outside of the machine will loosen up your item and force it to drop, but after multiple attempts, no luck.
Getting Stuck Behind Two Semi Trucks
At times, it’s unfortunate that we’re essentially forced to drive everywhere in America. This is because driving tends to breed a little animosity and aggression, especially when you’re on a road trip and you’ve been driving for multiple hours. Here you are going 53 miles per hour in the passing lane with about 27 vehicles riding your bumper, unable to proceed because the two semis in front of you are neck and neck.
Hopefully, you won’t have to experience this during rush hour traffic in a metro area.
Seeing People’s Reaction To A Deleted Comment Or Post On The Internet
If you’ve spent any time browsing the comment sections of a Reddit post or just about any other content aggregate, you may have encountered the dread “DELETED” or “redacted” dynamic. These comments or posts are usually followed by a response that reads something like “Wow, this really changed my life. Thank you for sharing!”
The mild frustration slowly seeps in knowing that there’s no way to know what that internet user is talking about, and you’ll always be left with a sense of idle curiosity that’ll never be satisfied.
When You Set Off A Dud Firework
One of the most patriotic things we can do is celebrate our nation’s independence from Great Britain. The best way to express that? Besides grilling delicious food with your neighbors, launching off massive fireworks is the way to go. There’s no bigger letdown than excitedly lighting the fuse of a multi-tier mortar shell, only for the fuse to go out.
What’s arguably worse is the sheer uncertainty of not knowing whether or not the firework is going to randomly launch after you begin approaching it.
Dropping Your Eating Utensil In Your Bowl Of Food
We love eating bowls of cereal and soup (not together) just as much as the next person, but there’s a special type of frustration reserved for those who accidentally knock their own spoon into the bowl. Now, you’re forced to stick your fingers in once-untouched milk or steaming hot soup to successfully fish the spoon out. Hopefully, you’re at least wearing one of our adjustable, no hole belts so that your day isn’t completely ruined.
Bending a Nail
You don’t have to be an expert carpenter to avoid bending a nail as you’re hammering it in. However, that doesn’t stop everyday people from hammering at the wrong angle and accidentally bending the nail. Removing the nail isn’t too big of a deal, but it still feels a lot better to get it on the first try. You get bonus mildly infuriating points if you’re unknowingly hammering a nail into a stud in the wall.
Eliminate Your Frustrations With A No Hole Belt From Klik Belts
We can’t promise that you won’t get a little irked in your day to day life, but we can promise that our adjustable men’s belts will forever alleviate any problems associated with a poking, prodding, and flat out uncomfortable belt.
